Helmut Fischer PHASCOPE PMP10 – metallic coating thickness gauge for special tasks
Applications
A classic handheld gauge for quality control of electroplated and metallic coatings where conventional methods do not work: rough surfaces, small and curved parts, conductive coatings on conductive substrates. Special probes make it possible to measure copper in plated-through PCB holes.
Key features
- Phase-sensitive eddy current method – measures nickel, zinc, copper on steel
- Reliable results on rough, convex and concave surfaces
- Automatic substrate (steel / aluminium) recognition without changing the probe
- Interchangeable probes, including probes for PCB holes
- Memory for 20,000 readings, RS232 (USB optional), battery or mains operation
- Compatible with FISCHER DataCenter
