Microhardness Testers

Microhardness testers are used when testing with low loads is required: thin layers, small parts, case hardening depth (CHD/NHD/SHD) or weld zones. The QATM Qness 10 and 60 are available in three levels. The M version is semi-automatic with manual sample positioning. The A+ version automatically runs test series on several samples. The 60 A+ EVO is a top-of-the-range fully automatic instrument for unattended operation.

For laboratories that need precise micro/macrohardness testing of single parts and small series with manual specimen positioning but automatic Z axis, focusing and indentation evaluation.

For laboratories that need automatic hardness test series and multi-sample testing without an operator, but do not need the top positioning accuracy of the EVO class.
