Automatic hardness testers are designed for series production, where hardness has to be checked quickly, consistently and without operator influence – often on every part. The CISAM-Ernst AT350 automates Rockwell testing of large parts and Jominy tests. The TWIN-X is integrated into production lines, and Bre-Aut lines are engineered for series Brinell testing of the customer’s product. The Foerster SONODUR R is a UCI instrument that can be connected to an automated line and sorting equipment. We select the solution together with the manufacturer based on the part, the method and the required throughput.
