Privacy Policy of UAB „Matavimo technologijos“

1. Data controller

The website www.m-technologijos.lt (the "Website") is operated, and your personal data are processed, by UAB „Matavimo technologijos“, company code 304759154, J. Galvydžio g. 3, LT-08236 Vilnius, Lithuania, e-mail info@m-technologijos.lt, tel. +370 620 53325. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. What data we process and why

Enquiries via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone. We process your name, e-mail address, phone number, the subject and content of your enquiry, and your company name if you provide it. We use the data to reply to your enquiry, select equipment and prepare a commercial offer.

  • Legal basis – steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention – 3 years from the last communication. If a contract is concluded, the data are kept for as long as required by accounting and document retention legislation.

Spam protection. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA. It evaluates browsing data (e.g. IP address, browser information) to distinguish humans from automated programs. Legal basis – our legitimate interest in protecting the Website from abuse.

Map. The contact page contains an embedded Google Maps map. When you open the page, Google receives your IP address and browser data.

Statistics and advertising. With your consent, we use Google analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads). They collect information about visits to the Website: IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed, time of visit and actions. We use this information to assess Website traffic and measure the effectiveness of advertising, without personally identifying visitors. Legal basis – your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

3. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. The Website uses:

  • strictly necessary cookies – for the operation of the Website, language selection and remembering your cookie choice;
  • statistics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads) – set only with your consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser or changing its settings. If you block all cookies, some functions of the Website may not work properly.

4. Recipients of data

We do not sell personal data. They may only be received by:

  • providers of Website hosting and maintenance services;
  • Google Ireland Limited (reCAPTCHA, Maps, Analytics, Ads);
  • the equipment manufacturers we represent, where this is necessary to fulfil your enquiry, for example when organising trial measurements;
  • public authorities, where required by law.

Google may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • request their rectification or erasure;
  • restrict their processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

Please send your request by e-mail to info@m-technologijos.lt. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe that your data are being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt), or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

6. Other provisions

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects. The Website contains links to manufacturers' websites; this policy does not apply to them. This policy may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
