Karl Deutsch LEPTOSKOP probes – interchangeable Fe/NFe probes up to 20 mm

Applications

A range of probes for the LEPTOSKOP 2042 gauge that allows a single instrument to measure coatings from a few microns up to 20 mm thick on steel and non-ferrous metals. Angled (45°, 90°) probes and micro probes are designed for the inside of pipes, holes and small parts.

Key features

  • 13 standard probes for one instrument

  • Dual Fe/NFe probe automatically recognises the substrate

  • Thick-coating probes up to 20 mm (Fe S) and 12.5 mm (two-pole)

  • Micro probes 0°, 45°, 90° – 0–500 µm

  • 90° probes for hard-to-reach areas (inner pipe walls) Models / variants (order no. – probe – range):

  • 2442.410 Dual Fe/NFe 0° – 0–3,000 µm Fe / 0–1,250 µm NFe

  • 2442.100 Fe 0° – 0–5,000 µm; 2442.110 Fe 90° – 0–5,000 µm

  • 2442.120 Fe S 0° – 0.5–20 mm; 2442.200 two-pole Fe – 0.5–12.5 mm

  • 2442.130 NFe 0° – 0–1,000 µm; 2442.140 NFe S 0° – 0–3,750 µm

  • 2442.300/.320/.340 micro Fe 0°/45°/90° – 0–500 µm

  • 2442.310/.330/.350 micro NFe 0°/45°/90° – 0–500 µm
