Helmut Fischer FISCHERSCOPE MMS PC2 – modular benchtop measuring system
Applications
A universal benchtop system for laboratories and production quality control: coating thickness, electrical conductivity and ferrite content are measured in parallel with one instrument. Modules are selected for the task – from electroplated coatings and PCBs to beta backscatter for the thinnest coatings.
Key features
- Up to 8 measuring modules and probes at the same time
- Methods: amplitude-sensitive and phase-sensitive eddy current, magnetic, magnetic induction, micro-resistance, beta backscatter
- 100 applications, 8 mounting positions and more than 60 probes
- Manual or semi-automatic measurement with a motorised stand or XY table
- Large touchscreen, FDD production diagnostics chart, DataCenter evaluation
- 3 in 1: thickness, conductivity, ferrite Models / variants (modules): PERMASCOPE, SIGMASCOPE / PHASCOPE, PHASCOPE DUPLEX, NICKELSCOPE, SR-SCOPE, TEMPERATURE, BETASCOPE
