Helmut Fischer MP0 / MP0R series – compact coating thickness gauges for corrosion protection
Applications
Compact series of handheld gauges for measuring the thickness of paint, hot-dip galvanised and plastic coatings on site on most metals. The instrument automatically selects the method according to the substrate; the low-wear probe pole is designed for thousands of measurements. Suitable for painting and galvanising companies, shipbuilding and steel structure fabrication.
Key features
- Two illuminated displays – the second on top for overhead measurement (MP0R – auto-rotating)
- Magnetic induction and amplitude-sensitive eddy current methods
- Accurate conductivity compensation
- MP0R: memory for 10,000 readings, USB, preset IMO PSPC and SSPC-PA2 modes
- Integrated or cable probe (FP, FPW angled)
- Limit value monitoring with light signal
Models
MP0 (basic, 1,000 readings, no USB) – DUALSCOPE, PERMASCOPE; MP0-FP with cable probe; MP0R (comfort, 10,000 readings, USB) – DUALSCOPE, ISOSCOPE, PERMASCOPE; MP0R-FP, MP0R-FPW (angled cable probe)
Technical data
