QATM Qpol GO / Qpol PLUS – semi-automatic grinding and polishing machines
Applications
For laboratories that need reproducible, programmable preparation of specimens in batches – quality control, heat treatment companies, universities. Qpol GO is designed for specimens up to Ø40 mm, Qpol PLUS for up to Ø50 mm and more intensive work with automatic fine polishing dosing.

- Automatic head with individual (5–80 N) and central (20–350 N) force; head and disc speed and direction (synchronous / counter) are programmable.
- 7” touchscreen, up to 200 protected user methods, timer, torque display, acoustic signal.
- Two-hand operation and emergency stop; head with adjustable stops.
- Cleaning Boost (750 min⁻¹, ~3 s); replaceable plastic bowl, pull-out stainless steel tap.
- Qdoser GO (4×500 ml bottles, automatic dosing), Qdoser PLUS (with fine polishing, PLUS only), Qdoser ONE.
- The Qpol GO head can also be mounted on existing Qpol M machines (upgrade).
