QATM Qpol 30 / Qgrind 100 – mobile grinder and belt grinder
Applications
Qpol 30 – for field metallography and non-destructive testing on equipment in service (pipelines, pressure vessels, turbines), when a specimen cannot be cut out and the surface is prepared for a replica or a portable hardness tester. Qgrind 100 – for quick rounding of specimen edges and pre-grinding before or after mounting.
Key features
- Qpol 30: continuously adjustable speed 1,000–40,000 min⁻¹ with display; gearbox increases torque; control unit for two micromotors; only ~2.3 kg.
- Both are compact and need no laboratory infrastructure (Qpol 30 – 230 V socket).
