Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

For mobile magnetic particle testing of ferromagnetic parts and welds in the workshop, on construction sites or during assembly, including under harsh conditions.

For mobile MT inspection of large structures, castings and forgings using the current flow method when a yoke is not sufficient.

For all MT tasks – from series fluorescent inspection on stationary DEUTROFLUX lines to single-part black-and-white inspection in the field where darkening is not possible.

For checking the tangential field strength during magnetisation and the residual field after demagnetisation according to EN ISO 9934-3 and EN ISO 17638; the UNIVERSAL and LIGHT versions additionally measure UV irradiance and white-light illuminance according to EN ISO 3059 – required to verify the conditions for fluorescent MT and PT inspection.

For periodic checking and zeroing of the DEUTROMETER and its probes in line with quality system requirements.

For demagnetising parts outside DEUTROFLUX benches – after magnetic particle testing, before machining or assembly. With a conveyor or inclined chute – for an automated continuous process.

For stationary use in MT and PT inspection booths and lines.

For mobile fluorescent MT and PT inspection on the shop floor and in the field – with two battery packs and a case.
