Karl Deutsch FLUXA – magnetic particle testing media

Applications

For all MT tasks – from series fluorescent inspection on stationary DEUTROFLUX lines to single-part black-and-white inspection in the field where darkening is not possible. Water-based concentrates are diluted 1:20–1:200, oil-based ones are for high flash point.

Key features

  • Fluorescent media – high contrast for the finest defects

  • Water-based HRS family without VOC, ready-to-use aerosols on site

  • Special versions for oily surfaces (HRS/SPECIAL) and highly concentrated ones (HKS/SPECIAL 1:100–1:200)

  • Red TRS – also for daylight

  • Oil-based HS-O (flash point > 65 °C) and HS-O-110 (> 100 °C)

  • Black-and-white system: BLACK-O, BLACK-W, BLACK powder, white background Models / variants (manufacturer item numbers):

  • Fluorescent, water-based: CONCENTRATE HRS 9306.1/9306.2 (1:20–1:40); SPRAY HRS AEROSOL 9306.9; HRS/G 9356.1/9356.2; HRS/SPECIAL 9306.122/9306.22; HVP 9357.1/9357.2 (1:40–1:80); HKS/SPECIAL 9366.12 (1:100–1:200); TRS 9706.1/9706.2 (red); FGR/G 9256.1; FLUXA 140 G 9261.1/9261.2
