Aberlink Horizon – bridge CMM with linear motors
Applications
For precise measurement and contact scanning in the quality control room. The granite table and Y-axis rail exploit the thermal stability of granite, and the Y-axis drive is set away from the encoder so that its heat does not affect measurements. The Horizon L version has a 200 mm higher Y rail, a lighter carriage and a more powerful Z motor for greater rigidity.
