Aberlink Measur3D – portable manual coordinate measuring machine for the shop floor
Applications
For inspecting parts on the shop floor, next to the machine tools – after every operation. The Measur3D is a manual CMM with three rotary axes: compact and portable, it gives fast feedback on machining, so tool corrections can be made before final inspection and scrap can be reduced. Only a single-phase power supply is needed; compressed air is not required. Once the part has been measured in touch-trigger or continuous scanning mode, the relevant features are recognised and the dimensions are displayed automatically. Carbon fibre in the structure maintains accuracy when the air temperature changes.
