QATM Qpol M1 / M2 – manual grinding and polishing machines
Applications
For low- and medium-throughput laboratories, training institutions and quality departments that need reliable manual grinding and polishing with reproducible parameters. The M2 with two discs allows a grinding and a polishing medium to be kept at the same time. It can later be upgraded with the automatic Qpol GO head.
Key features
- Single-disc design (without a carrier plate) – quick change of the working disc.
- 7” industrial touchscreen with timer and torque / contact force display – manual work becomes reproducible.
- Speed-controlled, low-vibration drive; reversible direction of rotation.
- Automatic water valve, pull-out tap, Cleaning Boost (750 min⁻¹, ~3 s) for drying the medium.
- Optional dosing systems Qdoser GO (automatic) / Qdoser ONE (dropper), magnetic stirrer.
- Welded, powder-coated aluminium housing.
