Applications
For mobile MT inspection of large structures, castings and forgings using the current flow method when a yoke is not sufficient. The current is fed into the part via magnetic electrodes or flexible coils; the half-wave DC version is for subsurface defects.

For checking the tangential field strength during magnetisation and the residual field after demagnetisation according to EN ISO 9934-3 and EN ISO 17638; the UNIVERSAL and LIGHT versions additionally measure UV irradiance and white-light illuminance according to EN ISO 3059 – required to verify the conditions for fluorescent MT and PT inspection.
