QATM Qcut 150 A / 200 A – precision cut-off machines for the laboratory
Applications
For cutting small, precise and delicate samples – electronics (PCBs), thin plates, hard metals, ceramics, glass, coatings. Suitable for university and industrial laboratories where a deformation-free cut and repeatability of the cut position to within thousandths of a millimetre matter.
Key features
- Force-controlled cutting (force sensor in the holder arm) – a cut without thermal or mechanical damage.
- Up to three automatic axes (X, Y, Z) with backlash-free bearings (Qcut 200 A); positioning accuracy 0.005 mm.
- Zone cutting: a different feed rate or force for each section of the cut.
- Grinding mode with a cup wheel for thin sections and microelectronics; integrated dressing device for diamond wheels.
- Industrial touchscreen, up to 200 cutting methods, user account management.
- Stainless steel housing, laser positioning of the sample (Qcut 200 A – standard equipment).
