QATM Qcut 600 BOT – 5-axis cutting robot

Applications

For series production control where several specimens have to be cut from one part in different positions and at different angles (e.g. welded assemblies, gearbox housings, castings). One clamping – the entire cutting program, without operator intervention.

Key features

  • Five axes (X, Y, Z, B 200°, C 360°) – complex cuts without re-clamping the part; a 4-axis version (B 360°) is available.
  • Automatic wheel diameter measurement, cutting parameter adjustment and cut detection.
  • MPP – positioning of several parts on a Ø600 mm round table and cutting them in one sequence.
  • Teach-in function, 12.1” display, two joysticks, mobile control panel.
  • 15 kW water-cooled drive, central lubrication, integrable recirculation cooling.
