OptiSense PaintChecker Reference Master – certified standards for photothermal gauges

Applications

Paint samples with a defined coating thickness on a substrate, made with exactly the same coating that is used in production – often from an original part. Designed for calibrating PaintChecker instruments, creating limit and zero standards, and for MSA procedures for quality certification.

Key features

  • Certified in a DAkkS (or DKD) laboratory, traceable
  • Accuracy down to the micrometre
  • Calibration sets cover the entire thickness range in 15 % steps
  • Developed together with the customer for its production conditions
  • Supplied with a test certificate; helps ensure DIN ISO 9001 compliance

Models

single standard (reference / limit / zero gauge); calibration set
