OptiSense PaintChecker Industrial controllers – up to 8 measuring points in the line
Applications
Industrial controllers that connect PaintChecker sensors to the plant PLC and quality systems: they power the sensors, store measurement configurations and transfer data. Multi (n-gauge) versions measure up to 8 points simultaneously with different sensors – for fast painting, powder coating and glazing lines.
Key features
- Up to 8 sensors at the same time, combining laser, LED and High-Power sensors
- PROFINET IO, DeviceNet, NativeIP (RJ45), USB interfaces
- Robust dust-tight aluminium housing, remote mounting with a flexible cable
- High-Power versions with boosted power supply for thick glass/ceramic coatings
- Short measuring time for fast lines
Models
LP, LED, HP (one sensor); Multi, Multi LED, Multi HP (up to 8 sensors)
Standards
DIN EN ISO 2808:2019, DIN EN 15042-2
