OptiSense PaintChecker Industrial sensors – photothermal sensors for production lines
Applications
Compact, lightweight and vibration-resistant photothermal sensors mounted on robots or in the line – for glossy paints, rough powder coatings, thick glass-ceramic glazes, small parts and confined spaces. Laser sensors for a small spot, LED sensors for rough surfaces and non-metallic substrates, High-Power sensors for thick coatings and greater distances.
Key features
- Semiconductor light source: long service life, low energy consumption
- Small measuring spot for corners and edges
- Angle sensors with bent optics for confined spaces
- IR or UV excitation depending on the coating material
- High-Power 10.0: greater distance and energy density – precise positioning is often not necessary
- Eye-safe LARES models
Models
Laser; LED; Cube LED-R 3.3 (IR 980 nm, S24-0600-005) and Cube LED-B 3.3 (UV 360 nm, S24-0600-006); Angle; Line; Tube; High-Power; Cube-B 75 mm optics (new)
Standards
DIN EN 15042-2 (in the controller data sheet); manufacturer certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; calibration certificate for each sensor
