Helmut Fischer FISCHERSCOPE X-RAY 5000 – modular inline thin-film gauge

Applications

For the production of photovoltaics (composition and thickness of CIGS, CIS, CdTe, CdS layers), fuel cells, glass panels, metal and plastic foils, and for process monitoring in sputtering and electroplating systems. The measuring head is installed as a separate component in an existing line and connected to the production control system.

Key features

  • Design without moving parts – durable, low maintenance
  • Measurement in air or in vacuum (vacuum – X-RAY 5400); the head can be serviced without breaking the vacuum
  • Sample temperature up to 250 °C with optional water cooling
  • Compact head with all components in one unit, any mounting position
  • DPP+ – up to 50 % higher performance
  • Remote control and data export via TCP/IP
