Helmut Fischer FISCHERSCOPE XAN LIQUID ANALYZER – inline plating bath analyzer

Applications

For electroplating companies that want to replace manual titration or ICP-OES checks with continuous automatic monitoring. The instrument continuously measures bath solutions of Zn, Ni, Zn/Ni, Au, Ag, Cr, Pd, Rh and others (on request), and works as a simple inline unit or as a multi-channel system integrated into the MES.

Key features

  • Up to 4 baths with one system; separate liquid channels without cross-contamination
  • No need to replace the measuring cell – up to 1 year of service (in a laboratory test with ZnNi solution)
  • Automatic preventive flushing, monitoring and calibration
  • Results depend only slightly on bath temperature fluctuations
  • Large touchscreen, WAN connection, fieldbus interface
  • DPP+ – higher count rates, shorter measurements

Models

1–4 channel configurations

Technical data

  • Number of baths: up to 4 (1–4 channels)
  • X-ray tube: microfocus, tungsten anode
  • Detector: SDD 50 mm²
  • Measuring cell service life: up to 1 year (depending on flushing frequency, bath composition and temperature)
  • Interfaces: fieldbus, WAN, MES integration
  • Software: WinFTM

What we offer

  • Selection of the instrument and configuration for your task, together with the manufacturer
