CISAM-Ernst Bre-Aut – automated Brinell inspection lines
Applications
For fully automated series Brinell hardness testing in production lines, designed around the customer’s product and integrated into an existing line with equipment from other manufacturers. The main reference is the inspection of finished (Bre-Aut SOR) and unmachined (Bre-Aut MAR) railway wheels Ø 700–1300 mm, including surface preparation, measurement, repeat measurements and marking of non-conforming products.
Key features
- Fully automatic cycle: surface preparation, measurement, optical reading of the indentation
- 60 s cycle per test, including surface preparation (Bre-Aut SOR)
- If the first result is out of limits – automatic 2nd and 3rd measurement at a distance of 25 mm
- Marking of non-conforming wheels with spray paint
- Database of measurements and images with search on the machine; Profibus, Ethernet
- Integration into an existing line; PLC-controlled motorised drive
