Sylvac S_Cal EVO Basic / Smart / Smart Micron – professional pocket digital callipers
Applications
A universal professional calliper for everyday work in metalworking shops, for CNC operators and quality control. Basic – when no data transfer is needed; Smart – when measurements must go to a PC or SPC; Smart Micron – when 0.001 mm resolution is needed for precision parts.

- Smart Inductive System (SIS): automatic wake-up, sleep mode after 10 min, position retained.
- Hardened and ground stainless steel frame, 3.5 mm thick; Smart version – brazed carbide outside jaws.
- Large display, 11.5 mm high digits; max. travel speed 2.5 m/s.
- Smart versions – integrated Bluetooth® transmission to a PC or Sylvac display; programmable button.

For workshops that measure hard or abrasive parts (hardened steel, ceramics, composites, castings) where standard steel jaws wear quickly. Carbide jaws retain their accuracy much longer.
Sylvac S_Cal EVO Form B / Form E – mid-size calipers 300–500 mm
For larger parts, when a 300 mm pocket caliper is not enough or internal dimensions have to be measured with the upper jaws (r5). Form E – the same design without upper jaws.

For measuring the depth of bores, grooves, steps and blind holes in turning, milling and assembly shops. Smart Pin Ø1.5 – for small holes; Shortcut Measuring Face – for depths close to walls.
