CISAM-Ernst MTR-X – benchtop Esatest® hardness tester for low loads
Applications
For laboratory hardness testing of metals in hard-to-reach places – gears, couplings, cavities, internal surfaces, welds and the HAZ. Works on the Ernst Esatest® principle (change in electrical resistance in a conductive diamond indenter); very low loads allow finished parts to be tested without damaging them. Results are displayed in Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell and Super Rockwell scales.
