QATM Qpix Control2 / Qeye 200 / 800 – software and optical analysis for macro sections
Applications
For welding production and quality laboratories (steel structures, equipment manufacturing – Qeye 800) and for laser welding and electronics research (Qeye 200): image capture of macro sections, weld geometry measurement and report generation at a single workstation with the hardness tester.
Key features
- IAI (Intelligent Area Illumination) – four separately switchable LED profiles that reduce reflections from the section.
- 4K UHD USB 3.0 camera; five preset magnification steps (zoom wheel).
- Measuring tools: lengths, angles, circles, polygons (area/perimeter), fillet weld measurement; settings according to user standards.
- Print-ready template inspection reports; support for barcode/QR/DMC code readers; Qconnect interface (XML, serial, QDAS Plug-In+).
- Qpix Control2 combines hardness testing and optical analysis in a single interface (Live imaging, 3D Smartview); QAI – AI-based image evaluation.
- Touch control panel suitable for use with gloves.
