Helmut Fischer calibration standards – traceable standards for tactile and XRF instruments

Applications

Only a regularly calibrated instrument gives correct results. Fischer offers over 500 standards – foil and solid, individually and in sets – with a factory or DAkkS certificate. DAkkS-certified standards come with proof of traceability and are recognised by certification bodies, e.g. according to IATF 16949.

Key features

  • More than 500 standards for coating thickness, ferrite, conductivity, XRF and COULOSCOPE
  • Factory or DAkkS certificate as required
  • Fischer’s DAkkS laboratory in Germany is accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025
  • Internationally recognised certificate and traceability to base units
  • Custom standards made from the customer’s material (XRF)

Models

tactile – foil, ferrite, conductivity, Cu/ISO (also with holes); COULOSCOPE – various materials and thicknesses (e.g. NiCu); XRF – solid and foil, single/double/triple-layer, alloy
