QATM consumables and clamping tools – for cutting, mounting, grinding, polishing and etching
Applications
For all laboratories using QATM or other manufacturers’ preparation equipment – the materials are tested in the QATM central laboratory and matched to the equipment methods. Solution Box kits with preparation instructions are intended for laboratories starting out with standard materials.
Key features
- Cutting: precision and Premium wheels Ø75–200 mm (0.25–1.5 mm; Al₂O₃, CBN, diamond, SiC; resin, rubber, bronze) and standard corundum wheels Ø230–400 mm (1.5–3 mm); coolants, anti-corrosion additives, filter inserts and filter fleece.
- Mounting: hot mounting resins (phenolic, epoxy, acrylic), cold mounting systems (methacrylate, MMA-free, epoxy), UV mounting, moulds and accessories.
- Grinding: plane grinding stones (white corundum, SiC; P80–180), diamond discs GALAXY, VEGA, POLARIS M/H, QUASAR, CONTERO; SiC and zirconia corundum papers and foils; fixing – magnetic foil, GALAXY X-Tap, Quick-Tap, adhesive carrier plate.
- Polishing: All-In-One, poly- and monocrystalline diamond suspensions (alcohol- or oil-based), lubricants, diamond paste and spray, Al₂O₃ and colloidal SiO₂ final polishing suspensions, GALAXY polishing cloths, Qdoser ONE.
- Etching and analysis: etchants, electrolytes, microscopy accessories, sample storage, replica kits.
- Clamping tools: precision clamping heads, Qtool series, heavy-duty clamping systems for large machines, Easy adapters, rotating devices, universal vices – suitable for all QATM cutting machines.
